We have been staying at Mobys for the past 13 years since our 3 kids were babies now they are all teenagers and still love coming here. The location is one of the best spots in Australia directly opposite Boomerang beach. The villas are always clean, modern and comfortable. The facilities are great having the pool, spa & tennis court. Really safe for the kids to ride their scooters and bikes around the park. The full kitchen is great for cooking and keeping the family well fed without having to go out for meals. Highly recommended mobys to anyone wanting a laid back, relaxing weekend or week away and always great to come with friends who can rent cabins next to each other. Dan & team always make us feel welcome and do a great job running the resort.

Nice place to stay. Accommodation was good. Had a leak into our laundry through the roof during a torrential downpour. Issue fixed nice and quick, no leak on next downpour. Very close to beach. Quiet location. Tropical garden setting, beautiful. Lots of native birds. Pool was a good size, clean and heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Tennis court looked new. Close to other beautiful beaches such as Shelley and Elizabeth.

I am not a Mobys accommodation guest. I saw a board top of the street last week advertising ‘Happy Hour’ at their bar. Sounded good for a hot day. So I got a small group to go down. But what did we find? Only 3 types of wine noted on a small board next to the bar were Happy Hour price! No beer no cocktails etc. Everything else was the usual slightly expensive full price. Technically Mobys didn’t lie, but to me this was deceptive. The very limited drinks scope was not disclosed on their outside advertising and by going there to only to find out at the bar we had been tricked left a bad taste. So be warned, it’s unlikely you will be happy during Moby’s Happy Hour.

Great place to stay. Close to the beach and the restaurant food was good. Pool was busy but clean and everyone was having fun. Rooms were good sizes and the accommodation was clean. Parking was ample.

We have just visited Mobys again and enjoyed our stay as always. Clean rooms, good facilities and top location opposite on of the best surf beaches on the east coast. The staff were all lovely and we dined in the restaurant on three occasions and the food was always great, so happy to recommend Mobys to you as a wonderful family destination.👌

The design of the resort ensured privacy, good parking and lots of shade provided by trees and palms. The cabin was very clean. Looked like garbage was collected each day. If something wasn't quite right, management was very quick to respond (eg tv remote wasn't working--it was replaced; cooking pot absent--it was provided). Friendly service staff. Facilities included a tennis court, swimming pool, and cafe. Walking distance to a surf and fishing beach. Other beaches were within 5 to 15 minutes drive with multiple accesses.

We had a brilliant stay at Moby's and are keen to stay here again. The tennis court, pool and restaurant are so handy and close. The retreat is very relaxing with the beautiful palm tree's and modern cabins. Great service from the reception crew. Thank you!
